At Strule Arts Centre · Townhall Square, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, BT78 1BL
Donegal folk quartet Onóir bring their Brotherhood Tour to the Strule Arts Centre in Omagh on Saturday, 3 October 2026. Formed in 2020, the four-piece built a following on social media before taking their male vocal harmony sound to the stage, and have since toured constantly, playing to a claimed 40,000-plus people since March 2023 with a run of sell-out theatre dates across Ireland, the UK, Scotland, Europe and the USA.
Onóir’s sound is built around close male vocal harmony over acoustic instrumentation, closer to a folk supergroup than a traditional session band, and their online following, over 175,000 across social platforms, has translated directly into demand for the live show. The Brotherhood Tour is the group’s latest full production, running two and a half hours and built for a theatre setting rather than a pub gig, with the vocal arrangements as the centrepiece of the night. Expect a show that leans on harmony singing and audience singalongs more than instrumental showcasing, aimed at the wide, cross-generational audience the band has built through video and streaming as much as through touring. Given the pace of the group’s ticket sales elsewhere on this tour, the Omagh date has a track record of selling well in advance.
The Strule Arts Centre is on Townhall Square in Omagh town centre, within walking distance of the main bus stops and several pay car parks. Translink bus services connect Omagh to Belfast, Derry and towns across Tyrone and Fermanagh.
A Saturday night at the Strule is a good anchor for a longer evening out in the county town. There is more to see and do in Omagh, and further afield across Co. Tyrone.
